All overnight musicians are housed on campus in the University's residence halls, and three all-you-can-eat meals are provided every day to all attendants. Meals and housing are included with each overnight student's Session Fee. The University's cafeteria has a wide selection of foods and vegetarian options are always conveniently available. Typically, two musicians will share each room. However, arrangements can be made for friends that are attending together. This request can be made directly on the Online Student Application. Boys and Girls will be housed in separate areas and supervised accordingly.
PCA 7 Day Students enrolled in the 'Locals Only' Day Student program will NOT receive food or lodging as part of their package. Day Students will need to bring a bag lunch or extra money for meals. $350 Savings per 7-Day PCA Session.
PCA 7-Day Student schedule is as follows:
- Sunday: Check-in between 12pm and 2pm. Pick-up at 10pm.
- Monday-Wednesday: Drop-off at 8am. Pick-up at 5pm.
- Thursday-Friday: Drop-off at 8am. Pick-up at 10pm
- Saturday: Drop-off at 8am. Check-out at 2pm (after the final concert).
- Day Students will participate in all core PCA activities, but will miss evening seminars and events, M-W.
